I'm tired and avoiding work i have to do

but i have no value and i think ive had 5 breakdowns over the last few days i dont know whats happening and its alot. Theres so much happening and i really have no hope for the future i want others to have hope but ive been trying for years and i really have nowhere to draw hope or joy from right now so im just trying to make things and trying to be okay but i think im slowly letting everyone down and ive been asking for help and reassurance but idk if its enough idk if im enough
